Judo Mother

When I was a kid, I used to run up and down the stairs in our big two-story house. Dressed in a big white kimono, with a black belt, my mother's. My mother won a bronze medal for the Czechoslovak judo championship. She was seventeen years old. After that, she definitely gave up judo. I draw the subject of my paintings from my own experiences. I like to paint in black. Black – the queen among colours.
